ئه‌مڕۆ شه‌ممه 30ى نیسانى 2022 كۆنگره‌ى نیشتیمانى عێراق كه ئه‌حمه‌د چه‌له‌بى سه‌رۆكى بوو، وه‌ڵامى فائیق شێخ عه‌لى دایه‌وه، چونكه شێخ عه‌لى له دیمانه‌یه‌كى ته‌له‌ڤزیۆنى باس له مردنى ئه‌حمه‌د چه‌له‌بى ده‌كات و ده‌ڵێ، "كه‌سانى ده‌وروبه‌رى چه‌له‌بى كه ئێرانیین رێگه‌یان نه‌دا پشكنین بۆ ته‌رمه‌كه‌ى چه‌له‌بى بكرێت، به‌مه‌یش بێ پشكنین نێژراوه".
محه‌مه‌د موسه‌وى به ناوى كۆنگره‌ى نیشتیمانى وه‌ڵامى شێخ عه‌لى داوه‌ته‌وه و نیگه‌رانى ده‌ربڕیوه له‌وه‌ى ئه‌م په‌رله‌مانتاره‌ى خولى پێشوو كه‌سانى ده‌وروبه‌رى چه‌له‌بى به ئێرانى وه‌سف كردووه و ده‌ڵێ "ئه‌وان كوردى فه‌یلیین". جیا له‌وه‌یش باس له‌وه ده‌كات كه چه‌ندان تیمى جیاواز پشكنینى بۆ مردنى ئه‌حمه‌د چه‌له‌بى كردووه.
له سێى تشرینى دووه‌مى ساڵى 2015 ئه‌حمه‌د چه‌له‌بى كۆچى دوایى كرد، زۆرێك گۆمان له‌سه‌ر ئه‌وه چه‌له‌بى به مردنێكى سروشتى مردبێت.
