بەڕێوەبەرایەتیى گشتى کەشناسى و بوومەلەرزەزانى هەرێمى کوردستان، پێشبینییەکانى کەشوهەواى ئەمڕۆ و سبەى سێشەممە بڵاوکردەوە و تێیدا دەڵێت ئاسمان هەور دەبێت.

ئەمڕۆ دووشەممە (27)ـى کانوونى یەکەمى (2021)، بەڕێوەبەرایەتیى گشتى کەشناسى و بوومەلەرزەزانى هەرێمى کوردستان پێشبینییەکانى کەشوهەواى (48) کاتژمێرى داهاتووى ڕاگەیاند و دەشڵێت ئەمڕۆ ئاسمان ساماڵ و هەور دەبێت.

سەبارەت بە کەشوهەواى سبەى سێشەممە دەڵێت، ئاسمان ساماڵ دەبێت، بەڵام دواتر دەگۆڕێت بۆ پەڵە هەور، هەروەها نزمترین پلەى گەرمى پێشبینیکراو (3) پلەى سیلیزى دەبێت.
